Change Up Sports collects two types of information from individuals through our website:

Personal Information: Change Up Sports may collect certain personal information from you via our website, but only when such information is provided by you voluntarily and with your consent during your communication or transactions with us on the site. How We Protect Your Information

As we take your privacy very seriously, your information is only made available to a limited number of board members (as we are an all volunteer non-profit) solely for essential functions related to their role in running the organization.

Change Up Sports uses Givebutter (and their processor Stripe) to process online donations and for all financial transactions. We do not collect or store credit card information. We also use Givebutter as our donor database and to send email communications including our e-newsletter, tax-receipts, and acknowledgements. Our website is protected by an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate and is hosted by Strikingly. We use both Strikingly and Google Analytics to track site usage data and you can read their privacy policies here and here.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your email addresses, financial information, or any other information to others. Any information you supply to us will be used for the purpose for which it was given and as otherwise allowed by applicable law. Information sharing occurs with third parties who need your information in order to provide services and perform transactions that you request such as those listed above.

We may also share your personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or a legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; or defend against legal claims, if disclosure is required or appropriate.
