Our Team

Alie Kargbo works for the United States Federal Government under the Department of the Navy Logistics Intelligence. Before joining the Department of Defense, he was a Director of Quality and Compliance for a human service company in the Lehigh Valley area. He has also served as the Regional Supervisor for InVision Human Services and as a board member for Safe Harbor of Greater West Chester, Pennsylvania.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Immaculata University, where he majored in Political Science/International Relations and minored in Public Relations, and master’s degree in International Peace & Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University, where he interned with Heifer International Sierra Leone and completed courses with fieldwork in Northern Ireland, Ukraine and Crimea, Costa Rica, Serbia, and Kosovo.

Alie is originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa and currently is a resident of West Chester, Pennsylvania where he lives with his family. He moved to the United States in 2004 after being randomly selected for the Diversity Immigrant Visa (DV) Program, often referred to as the Green Card Lottery Program. This program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, provides immigration opportunities to individuals from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States.
